We purchase raw material from recognized and reputed quality control manufacturers. Before taking raw material for production, they are being tested to ensure quality control measures and them it is taken for compounding to check plasticity.

Highly qualified rubber technologists having experience of 15 years are involved in the process of compounding. All our products pass through quality test from the initial stage till moulding.

The dimensional check is performed using digital vernier calipers on sample tested. We perform specific tests also depending upon the requirement from the customers. Chemical report to confirm the polymer and its properties would be provided on demand.
